Dear Students, When I started thinking about why technical education is so important, the first thing that stroked me about technical education is Technical Knowledge Gain. Technical Education gives us knowledge of the world around us. Technical Knowledge Gain develops a better perspective of looking at life. It helps us to build opinions and have positive points of view on things in life. It is clear that globalization advances in technology and changing frequent employment, threatens to leave many behind and proves the saying “Survival of the Fittest”. We need to change the present education system to acclimatise to our changing life styles. Technical Education has broadened its horizon and is not limited to the classrooms. Prayag Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (PIHMCT) provides latest format of technical education with the vision of, “The Learning Generation.” Located in the heart of the city of Ganges, Allahabad (Uttar Pradesh), India, the New College is the cynosure of all eyes.
